He looks a little chubby, huh? Well, not really, it is a trick of the fur. Similar to the feathers on an owl, round looking but weighing almost nothing. I read somewhere the Pomeranian is distantly related to the larger Chow Chow, a dog I really like. The Pom has the Chow beat on food consumption, however. He is an inexpensive dog to feed.
